You have to have a clear estimate of your time, money and effort. If you know you are able to invest 80,000-100,000 Eur, you dispose of a location of 100-150 square meters, you are available 12hs a day for a few months since opening, if you have the energy to supervise every activity, get in touch with us. We hold a special meeting with our possible franchisees every month.
What is the minimum amount I can start with?
The minimum amount to start the franchise is 80,000 Eur. There are variations regarding space, location, employees etc which can raise the amount to 100,000 Eur.
What specific know-how do I need to have? Cooking and meat preparation? Recipes?
You have to have an entrepreneurial spirit! That entails the ability to assess specific situations yourself and adapt your conclusions to the general state of affairs. We will provide all the recipes as well as details of the internal workings of the kitchen.
It would be advisable to have a marketing plan, to be aware of accountancy and banking procedures and most of all to have a genuine passion for hospitality!
